Can my order be shipped via an alternative method?

Our standard mode of delivery is with our trucks for all events, pending transportation and distance fees. 

If the order contains only linens (including napkins), you have the option to ship your order via FedEx. This can be requested with our Customer Care team after you have completed checkout and an Event Number has been assigned to your order. Our Customer Care team will switch your order to a FedEx delivery.

We are able to ship via FedEx to all states except for Hawaii and Alaska. Please see our Transportation Guide for our rates with FedEx.

Our Customer Care team will review the order and confirm that there is enough time to ship the order prior to the event date. FedEx shipping time frames differ based on region and weather experienced at the time the order is needed. If the time frame is too short or FedEx is experiencing delays, we'll recommend delivery using our trucks.
