If you're planning an event and prefer to pay by check, Party Rental Ltd. makes it easy. Follow the steps below to ensure your payment is received and processed before your scheduled delivery.

Important: Always include your Event Number in the memo line of the check. This ensures we can apply your payment to the correct rental order.

To avoid any delays with your event rental delivery, all of the following conditions must be met:

1. Check Must Be Received Before Delivery

Your check must arrive and be processed before the scheduled delivery date. Orders with outstanding balances will not be delivered.

2. Send Email Confirmation of Check Mailing

Once you've mailed your check, send a confirmation email to our Accounting Team at collections@partyrentalltd.com. Be sure to include:

• Your Event Number
• The date the check was mailed
• The tracking number (if available)

3. Submit a Credit Card Authorization 

As a backup payment method, you must also complete and submit a Credit Card Authorization Form, even if you plan to pay by check.

If you prefer not to mail a check, you can conveniently make a payment via ACH (Automated Clearing House) using our secure Direct Payment Link. Follow the steps below:

• Access the Secure Payment Link
  Click on the payment link we provided in your invoice or email.
• Log In to Your Account 
  Log in using your account credentials, or choose to continue as a guest if you haven’t registered an account. Fill in the required fields to locate your event booking.
• Select Bank Information as Your Payment Method
  Once your event details are displayed, choose Bank Information to proceed with a secure ACH bank transfer directly from your bank account.
