How to place an order when you receive: "An error has occurred. Please contact customer service."

If you encounter this error message during the checkout process, please follow the steps below to successfully complete your order:

1.Hover Over the Welcome Menu

At the top right corner of the website, hover over the Welcome menu. From the dropdown menu, select My Account.

2.Access Your Active Carts

Navigate to the Active Carts section within your account.

3.Copy and Create a New Cart

Locate the cart that was giving you the error.

Click the ellipsis (⋯) next to that cart. Select Copy and Create New Cart from the dropdown options. A new cart will be created with the event name prefixed by “Copy of [Event Name]”.

4.Proceed to Checkout

Click on the copied cart to open it. Continue through the checkout process as normal. This should allow you to place the order successfully.
