How do I view an invoice?

To view your invoices online, you'll need an active account with us.  Follow these simple steps:

  1. Log into My Account via our website.
  2. Navigate to the Invoices section.
  3. Customize your search:
    • On the Invoices page, use the Payment Status dropdown to filter/select All invoices.  
    • Adjust the date range to match the timeframe of the event you're looking for. 
    • Once the dates are set, click on the Magnifying Glass icon to run the search.  
    • If you know the specific Event Number associated with the order, you can enter that into the dialogue box next to the magnifying glass for a more direct result.


Important Notes:

  • Invoices will be available to view only after the scheduled pickup date. Once that date has passed, you can find the invoice on the Invoices page.
  • If the event is upcoming, you can find it under the Upcoming Events page before the delivery and pickup date.
