Can I change my method of payment to a credit card after submitting my order?

Learn how to submit credit card payments when your order is to be paid by a different billing contact.

If you had previously selected Alternative Billing and now wish to pay with a credit card, you can change your method of payment on our website in “My Account”. You are able to modify your payment method up to 2 business days before the delivery date.    
 

Steps to modify/update your method of payment for your order:

  • Log into your account
  • Click on “My Account” 
  • After selecting the event, click on Modify/Update 
  • Click on the “Payment” and select the credit card option
  • Enter the credit card details and click on “Next step” to have all the information saved
  • Click on “Submit order”
