Our website does support commissary deliveries. You can add your commissary's address in your account profile on the Administration page. From there, you can designate a portion of your order to be delivered to your commissary, and picked up with the rest of the rentals.
For delivery to a different address than your commissary or the venue, such as a residence or a second venue, please contact our Customer Care team via phone at (844) GO-HIPPO (464-4776) or through our Live Chat from Monday to Friday between 8 AM to 5 PM EST. We'll be happy to update the delivery/pickup address for that specific part of your order.
Note that making such a change will lock your web order for that event, and all subsequent changes must be handled by our Customer Care Team.
In addition, delivery and pickup fees are charged per truck, per stop. Please refer to our listing of typical delivery/pickup and processing fees that may be associated with your event.
