One of the great benefits of using your Online Account to place orders through our website is the ability to easily modify and update orders! Watch the video below to learn how.
You can make revisions, or cancel your order before 5:00 p.m. two (2) business days before delivery. All orders are considered final on the business day before delivery.
Canceling or removing items from your order the business day before delivery will incur a 100% cancellation fee. You can add to existing orders the business day before delivery, but they will be subject to a processing fee of $300.
If you need to make revisions less than two (2) business days before delivery, contact our Customer Care team via phone at 1-844-GO-HIPPO (464-4776) or Live Chat on our website. Live Chat is available Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Please have your event number ready.
Note: If your order says, "Read Only", the order is no longer editable under your account and you will need to contact Customer Care or visit LiveChat.
