How to modify your order after it's been submitted 

One of the great benefits of using your Online Account to place orders through our website is the ability to easily modify and update orders! Watch the video below to learn how.

 


You can make revisions, or cancel your order before 5:00 p.m. two (2) business days before delivery. All orders are considered final on the business day before delivery.

Canceling or removing items from your order the business day before delivery will incur a 100% cancellation fee. You can add to existing orders the business day before delivery, but they will be subject to a processing fee of $300. 

If your order says, "Read Only", the order is no longer editable under your account. Please contact our Customer Care team at 1-844-GO-HIPPO (464-4776) or Live Chat, which is available Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Please have your event number ready.
