Understanding Your Order Status

Learn how to track and interpret the status of your orders with this informative guide.

After an order is submitted, it progresses through several stages before being finalized and prepared for delivery. The following is a breakdown of each status that may appear in the Status column on the Upcoming Event page of the website, listed in the typical order of progression:

  • Submitted
    The cart has been checked out and the order has been submitted.
  • Committed
    The order has been successfully synced with our internal system and is now in our processing queue.
  • Resubmitted
    Updates have been made to the order after it was originally submitted, and it has been re-synced to our internal system.
  • Processing
    The order is now locked and can no longer be modified, as the scheduled delivery time is approaching.
  • Cancelled
    This status appears only if an order was submitted but later canceled.
