Creating an Online Cart

Once you've decided on the items and quantities you need, you're ready to build your online cart and schedule your rental order. You can create your order using our website, day or night, whenever works best for you, on your desktop, mobile, or tablet device. 

To get the most out of our site, we recommend creating an account. Whether you're an event professional or planning a one-time event, registering gives you access to helpful features like saving carts, managing orders, and faster checkout.

To get started, click Login/Register in the upper right corner of the website. 

Step-by-Step: Creating Your Online Cart

  1. Browse our Rental Catalog- Explore our full catalog of event rentals by collection or product category
  2. Select Your Items- Once you find an item you'd like to rent: Choose the quantity, size and any options (like color or style or recommended add-ons). Click the Add to Cart button.
  3.  Add an Event Name - After adding items, click the cart icon at the top of the page. On the left side of the cart page, you'll see the option to enter an Event Name. Alternatively, you can enter the Event Name before browsing. Simply click the cart icon first, add your Event Name, and then begin exploring the rental catalog.  This can help you stay organized, especially if managing multiple events.

Important: Account and Cart Restrictions

  • Your cart must be created and submitted using the same registered account.
  • Carts cannot be transferred between accounts.
  • To avoid delays or confusion, please ensure the cart is started and completed under the account that will be placing the final order.
