While we are able to deliver to areas near beaches or sandy areas/surfaces, we do not transport the rentals onto the beach or sandy area/surface. 

Clients are responsible to:

• meet our delivery team at the parking lot and transport the rentals onto the beach
• meet our pick-up team at the parking lot with all the rental items
   

Clients should check with the local municipality about the permit process as well as requirements for deliveries and pick-up times. In most cases, we will have to deliver at a specific time and have a late-night pick-up. 

If items are being used on the beach or sandy surface, the abrasiveness of the sand may cause damage to the product that is not covered by our Damage Waiver. Most of our products, especially our furniture and chairs, are meant for use indoors or under a tent with a subfloor.
