You can easily view your upcoming order(s) by logging into your account.
Follow the steps below to access:
- Log In to your account using your credentials
- Navigate to Upcoming Events
- If your account is set to open directly to the “My Account” page, you'll see Upcoming Events in the first column.
- The My Account page will show a snapshot of future events - more can be viewed under the Upcoming Event section.
- The “Upcoming Events” section can be accessed via the drop down menu under “Welcome.”
- If your account is set to open directly to the “My Account” page, you'll see Upcoming Events in the first column.
- Managing your order(s)
- Once you've located your order under “Upcoming Events," expand the information box by clicking on the ellipsis. You will have the options to Share, Modify/Update, View Invoice, Copy and Create New Cart and Revision History.
If your are searching in the Upcoming Events page and the event delivery date is more than six months away, the order will not appear under Upcoming Events immediately. In this instance, adjust the search dates to Start from the current date and extend the "End Date to a date after your event takes place. Then, click search to find your order and proceed with viewing or editing.
