Order Confirmation

After the rental order is submitted, an order confirmation is sent via e-mail to the person who placed the order and you'll receive the Event Number on the final page of checkout.  The Event Number is also confirmation that the order has been placed successfully. The Event Number can be given when calling Customer Service, especially after hours when your event is in progress to reach out Emergency After Hours Support Team.

The confirmation email is not immediate and can take up to 30 minutes. In the e-mail confirmation, we'll list the items from your order and will note if there are any product reservation issues identified at the moment the order was placed.

If you do not receive an order confirmation, you should check your junk or spam folder. 

You can also obtain a copy of your order in the My Account and/or Upcoming Events sections of your account.

On the My Account page:

  • Hover your mouse over “Welcome” for the drop-down menu OR look to the menu on the right side of the page
  • On the My Account page, locate your event in the Upcoming Events box
  • Click on the three vertical dots and the box will expand to show additional event information 
  • Click on “View Invoice” 

OR on the Upcoming Events page:

  • Hover your mouse over “Welcome” for the drop-down menu OR look to the menu on the right side of the page
  • Click on Upcoming Events
  • Locate the event and next to the event date, click on the diagonal arrows
  • Under the “Status” column, click on “View Invoice”
