After the rental order is submitted, an order confirmation is sent via e-mail to the person who placed the order.
The confirmation is not immediate and can take up to 30 minutes. In the e-mail confirmation, we'll list the items from your order and will note if there are any product reservation issues identified at the moment the order was placed.
If you do not receive an order confirmation, you should check your junk or spam folder.

You can also obtain a copy of your order in My Account.
On the My Account homepage:
- On the homepage of My Account, locate your event in the Upcoming Events box
- Click on the three vertical dots and the box will expand to show additional event information
- Click on “View Invoice”
OR in Upcoming Events:
- On the homepage of My Account, click on Upcoming Events
- Locate the event and next to the event date, click on the diagonal arrows
- Under the “Status” column, click on “View Invoice”
